REPOSITION
Through renovation, modernization, conversion or restructuring, we create new value - independently or together with experienced partners - and either retain the property or selectively sell.
TRADE
This can include off-plan acquisitions as well as development opportunities where value can be created through planning, permitting or market development and realized through an earlier exit.
GERMANY
Our real estate activities have their roots in Germany. Today, they range from our existing portfolio in Kaiserslautern to the Rhine-Main region and real estate projects in Cologne.
UAE
Dubai is our starting point in the United Arab Emirates, where we are exploring further residential and off-plan investments.
